We are beyond psyched to host Tess Bryant and Nic Coturri of Piquenique Wines this Tuesday, November 14, for a collaborative dinner.
The evening’s menu is designed around Piquenique’s luminous wines made from the fruits local to their outpost in Washington’s San Juan Islands. Grapes, yes, but apples and pears, quince and plums, peaches, blackberries, medlar. It’ll be a dinner not to miss.
//
MENU
scallop, tokyo turnip, persimmon
monkfish, brussels sprout, sudachi
chicken ballotine, porcini, hazelnut
pomegranate, oolong tea, white chocolate
//
Each dish is specially created for one of Piquenique’s wines, and a pairing is available for each one.
We can’t wait to see you!
